Fully working used unit. Will cover up to 5,000 square feet with 34.5 gallons of water steam per day. That item must be replaced every year or two anyway at a cost of roughly $99. It does not come with the steam tank, as one that was installed used up its worth added weight to ship it.

I used it in an 1800 square foot area and did a fantastic job. At least all of the controls and overall form factor are same. Installer will also need to supply water line, drain tube, and steam tube. I am pricing it to move quickly.
